This truly is a luxury home that you will fall in love with and want to return to time and time again. This recently new two-storey holiday home has all you need for a comfortable relaxing stay. This property comprises of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (spa bath located in one bathroom) and will sleep up to 12 people. Also offering 2 separate living areas, kitchen upstairs with all the mod cons including a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine (byo coffee pods), while downstairs you will find a games room. This property is fully air-conditioned too.
Enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the magnificent sunsets, or a family bbq from the large decked under the main roof balcony/entertaining area. When out and about enjoy; water sports, fishing, golfing, horse riding, arts and crafts, fine food, and great local wine.

Location: Located in Carrickalinga Rise only a 10-minute walk to the beach
Bed configuration: Sleeps 12 (4 bed/2.5 bath) 3 Queens, 2 Tri Bunks, and Sofa Bed
Facilities: All in one lounge, dining, kitchen area, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine (Byo pods).
