No Wi-Fi. Small face mirror in the bathroom. Small mirror in the bedroom. Does not smell fresh and clean. Bedding does not smell fresh and clean.

Clean room. The light in the bathroom didn't work. They tried to get a bulb for it but couldn't get one. The staff went out of the way for me. Nice friendly, pleasant staff. Had food at the pub few times. Very nice:)

Bed so comfortable didn’t want to get out of it. Staff amazing food great. Would definitely stay again. Although I put isolated you did need transport although there was a bus stop outside.

Doesn't answer calls, or even call back

On the booking ww received an email saying check in from 3.00. we got there around 10 in the evening and there was so sign of people living there and pitch around the property except the car park... we kept calling the property from 5 in the afternoon to ask them about the latest check in time... but there were no answer.. what kind of ancient hotel is it??? There were no courtesy of calling back we left voice message somany times.... its not considered as a legitimate business... we then had to book another hotel @ cardiff costing another £99 ....... unacceptable and unbelievable...

Great stay

This hotel was really easy to get to and only a 15 minute walk to the train station that can take you straight into Cardiff. All the staff were welcoming and lovely and the room was clean and the bed was comfy.

Absolutely awful. Massively overpriced. Not even a single sachet of coffee in my attic room. I stayed on a Monday and the whole place was filled with drunken idiots. This is a pub... definitely not a hotel
