Check in- no information about hotel passed. When asked about breakfast we were told it was £10/11 - false it was £12.50. We had to pay for parking! Totally unexpected, last time we stayed it was free.£10 a night. TV and air con were not working but we were not informed. Bathroom was mouldy. Fire alarm went off on the second morning at 05.47- total shambles and goodness knows what happened- no staff around - no checks made to see if all guests were out, absolutely shocking. Member of staff at reception had no idea what was happening. Will not be staying here again.

Very poor conditions for the price paid.

On arriving at the hotel room there were empty bottles of wine and glasses right outside the door. The key card to get in didn't work so I asked a member of staff to let me in and pointed out the empty bottles outside which he said he'd get cleared. I wanted to use the sink but the sink plug would not release after filling the sink full of water. I went down to reception to change rooms and on arrival at the original room the empty bottles and rubbish was still outside the door. I also had a bad night's sleep due to what I can only refer to as 'Chinese water torture'. There was dripping noise from within the wall in the bathroom which could be heard from the bed even with the bathroom door closed. I really do expect much more for the £72 a night that I payed.

Nice property in a quiet location, only complaint is the £10 per night parking charge. This should be free for guests, it’s not like you’re in the centre of Town. Travel lodge 2 minutes away is free parking.

Lovely and friendly service from staff. Receptionists Christine and Ana were just brilliant. My only concern is you can hear noise from the hallway while in your room. Otherwise service was exceptional and we would stay here again. Abundant parking space and awesome neighbourhood to go on walks . 👌

Okay, but don’t think I will stay here again.

Room was big, but cold. Bed was huge and comfortable. Nice coffee machine, but not enough coffee pods or milk. Nice hot shower. A bit noisy room with hearing the traffic. Paid over £100 for 1 night, would have expected parking to be free. Menu very limited, not a lot of variety to choose and very expensive. Food was cold on delivery to the room and missed items. Cooked breakfast was cold and not a lot of tables set up. Coffee machine wasn’t working at breakfast. I had to ask to have this fixed to have a coffee.

Awful customer service

I never like bad reviews but our stay at this hotel was not what it should have been. arrived and checked in - went to our room to be met with a huge stench in the room went back to reception to ask if we can move because the room smelt .. reception reply “ok” Anyway we moved to a new room .. on arrival there thought lovely , bigger room everything was great (we thought) Went out for food came back to room to settle down just before midnight for the evening to find the toilet was over flowing all over the bathroom, feces and whatever else everywhere 🤮 My husband went to reception to ask someone to come sort it out and gave us another room key to move rooms. packing our room up at midnight with the toilet still overflowing … now Into the bedroom! Awful! we moved rooms and thankfully other than a cold shower in the morning all was ok for our second night. 2night stay .. 3 different rooms No sorry , no explanation or acknowledgment to how it all effected -nothing .. wasn’t even asked if we had a nice stay on check out. But… the Barman and restaurant staff on Saturday 15th March - exceptional ❤️ really lovely and if reception staff were as professional the place would great . Definitely wasn’t worth over £500 to stay and will never ever return !
