Cuddfan Lodge on a Gorgeous Private Lake

Nestled in the beautiful South Wales countryside, just a stones throw from Newport and only 10 minutes from Cardiff with good train links is Cuddfan Lodge.

Cuddfan Lodge is a modern, wooden cabin on the banks of a private lake, surrounded by the luscious welsh countryside. The lodge is comprised of a large, modern, well equipped open plan lounge/diner/kitchen area, 3 bedrooms (6 guests) and two bathrooms.

Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby, just ask for any tips on where to visit/eat out locally/local walks etc. Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live as a local.


As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, oven, kettle, dishwasher, a freezer, filter coffee machine and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

Outside the lodge are private benches, BBQ, firepit, chiminea for guests to enjoy, whilst basking in the beauty of the lake and the surrounding views. Hot tub available at an additional cost of £35 per day.


This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third bedroom contains two twin beds.


There are 2 bathrooms (wet rooms).
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk , foil, kitchen roll, 2 loo rolls in each bathroom provided.



House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- No Parties.
- No Loud Music.
- The hot tub is an extra charge of £35 per night

STRICTLY NO EV CHARGING FROM PROPERTY
We do not have an EV charging point, please do not use an extension lead to charge electric vehicles from our supply.

We are a working farm and as such there may be maintenance on the farm during your stay such as hedge trimming/strimming etc.

We would be most grateful if you would take advantage of our recycling boxes located at the rear of the lodge, please separate glass, general waste, plastic and cans, it's clearly labeled, Thank you.
