stayed here multiple times in mulitple rooms they are all comfy and cozy the beds are soft with mulitple pillows to choose from, the room also has full sky tv ,the restaurant and bar have plenty of choice of food and drink from wines beers ciders , the staff are top quality assisting you in anyway possible and are just a phone call away using the in room phone

Shame about the noise

Lovely new hotel in centre of Cardiff. Maybe my timing was bad as a trip of school kids , about 50 were staying at the hotel the same time. But to put me on the same floor as the 50 kids could have been avoided as the hotel wasn’t that full . It’s was a nightmare with kids playing in the corridor. Eventually I went to reception and they gave me a room on another floor.

The room i received was for s disabled person not sure if this was a mistake. There was not bath, the shower was cold, nosey trains in the early morning, bedside table was too small to even put my phone down with a bottle of water. No vanity kit. For what i paid poor overall. wont book clayton again

Absolutely fine

We had a great stay on a high floor. Beware at weekends that the hotel is right at the bottom of the party street and en route to the station. The room was comfortable however the bed was a standard double and felt small, and the water pressure was really disappointing. Staff were lovely, would stay again.
