Bonjour,
Je souhaite partager ma déception concernant ma réservation dans votre établissement. À l’arrivée, j’ai apprécié le bonjour d’une personne à l’entrée, mais dès l’enregistrement, j’ai constaté l’absence de véritable réception et de professionnalisme. L’expérience a vite confirmé un grand décalage entre vos photos et la réalité. La chambre présentait de l’humidité sur les murs, une odeur désagréable, des draps sales dont un rangé souillé dans le placard, et même des cafards morts au sol. La télévision visible sur vos photos n’était pas présente. En demandant un menu, il m’a été remis un simple pamphlet humide et abîmé, peu engageant.
À l’extérieur, la piscine et les chaises longues, censées offrir détente et confort, étaient dans un état délabré. La seule personne croisée à l’entrée a aussitôt indiqué qu’elle rentrait chez elle, laissant l’hôtel sans aucun personnel pour répondre aux questions. Cette impression de vide et d’abandon a été très marquante.
Face à cette situation, j’ai quitté l’établissement le jour même, sans y rester, ce que vos caméras peuvent confirmer. Ce qui devait être un moment unique a été gâché par une accumulation d’éléments négatifs, entre insalubrité, absence de service et écart flagrant avec la publicité affichée. J’espère que ce retour sera pris en compte afin d’améliorer la qualité de votre établissement et d’éviter à d’autres clients la même déception.
