Peace and quiet on the riverfront and close to everything in Caraguá

Our house is large (approx. 100m²) and is located on a large grassy land (1 thousand m²), with a mini orchard, bromeliads and a ramp to the Juqueriquerê River.

The neighborhood (Barranco Alto) is very well located: close to all shops (has a super day in 400m), bike path, highway.
At the same time, the house is pure peace! Perfect for those who want tranquility, like fishing and having a barbecue, listening to the sound of birds, playing on the lawn with children etc.

If you have an aluminum or rubber boat or dinghy, bring it! We have a ramp straight to the river.

The house is also close to the Center (10km), with quick and easy access to the beaches, including the beautiful Praia das Cigarras in São Sebastião (9km).
