The hotel made sure to mention that English was available and the staff spoke it, but I only met one person who spoke English when I was checking out. That being said, I didn’t have too much trouble communicating. The view from the balcony is amazing and a 12/10. The hotel definitely seemed older than they let on with the pictures but otherwise a clean bed and towels. My issue is that the air conditioner did not work and two of the three lights in the room did not function. Difficult to shower in the dark. Overall a 3.8/5.

No geral o hotel tem boas instalações. E a equipe de funcionários é sempre muito atenciosa. O apartamento tem tamanho adequado e é confortável. O café da manhã é igualmente bom. Só não classifico o hotel como excelente porque o ruído da estrada às vezes incomoda um pouco e o banheiro é um pouco pequeno. Porém, há que se destacar que o oferecido por este hotel está plenamente justificado pelo seu bom custo-benefício.

Chegamos de longe no horário certo para o check in e o quarto não estava disponíve, tivemos que ficar na área da piscina até umas 16hs quando eu precisei ir até a recepção para perguntar se estava disponível nosso quadro, sendo que a recepcionista muito mal educada tinha falando que quando estivesse pronto ela ia nos avisar e não foi, estamos cansados pois viajamos 5 horas de carro e queríamos tomar um banho e deitar um pouco depois de uma viagem cansativa mas eles não deram a mínima quando a isso. Um coisa que eles mentem no anúncio é dizer que tem estacionamento, sendo que não tem os carros ficam na rua encima de uma calçada, achei uma falta de respeito pois pagamos uma estadia com estacionamento privativo. O quarto é confortável só isso. Ah fiz uma ressalva na hora da estadia queria um quarto com vista para o mar, pois foi por esse quarto que paguei, chegamos lá o quarto que estava disponível era com vista para brinquedoteca kkkkk de vista para o mar não tinha nada, frustrada.
