The hotel room was wonderful and very clean. Location was great! The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that we had an outdoor tub and the people waiting in line for the bus above us could all see us. Extending the sun shade a bit further so you have a little more privacy would be nice. Also, upgrading to soft close doors. There were only 3 rooms on our floor but we constantly heard the other doors slamming extremely loudly.

Exceptional Hotel!!

I loved this hotel! I had the special private jacuzzi suite with the huge terrace. The view was spectacular!! The Customer Service of the concierge and room service was exceptional! The hotel is new, clean, modern, has an elevator, centrally located right next to Prada and the main square, and the decor is very spa-like, pretty, and peaceful! IMO, it is in The Best Location in Capri! It’s very close to the Taxi & Bus station, the Funicular (Cable Cars), and the main square. I can’t recommend it enough; it’s exceptionally outstanding!

We had such a wonderful stay at Palazzo M Capri! The property was spotless and beautifully maintained, with so much attention to detail in every corner. The service was truly amazing—warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was absolutely incredible, a perfect way to start each day. The location couldn’t have been better, with stunning views and everything within easy walking distance. Truly an unforgettable experience—I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Capri!

One of the most beautiful rooms we've been in. Comes with a beautiful view and lovely enhanced touches. Id go back to Capri just to stay there again. Even nicer than more expensive 5 star hotels. The location is also perfect. Right next to the cable car and the bus/taxi station and within Capri center.

From the warm welcome of Nunzia to the twice daily Houskeeping, the smiling staff, excellent breakfast and INCREDIBLE room with an outdoor hot tub, we made the right choice.
