Lovely big room, well furnished with a balcony overlooking the pool area and a great view down the valley to the sea. The location is walkable to the main square with restaurants, exclusive shopping and cafes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food and dining inside or outside on the garden patio.

We booked a room last minute to stay in Capri for one night and we are glad we did. It was a nice place to stay because is close to the Capri center which is good because you can commute to any other place from there, such as restaurants, the most important stores in Capri and also there is a bus stop to go to Anacapri just 3min walking. The entire staff was incredibly hospitable and accommodating, with a special thanks to Jamaica for arranging our transportion, and providing recommendations for restaurants and tours! Our stay in the Ginestra Suite was delightful, complemented by a wonderful pool and an amazing breakfast. Unfortunately this property fell way short of our expectations. For the price, you’d expect way more. However this is probably a 2-3 star hotel at its best. Comforter and headboard were stained when we first walked which just makes you think how well the place is really being cleaned. Then there were clumps of someone else’s hair in our shower. Our room’s AC was broken the first 2 days and due to the extreme heat we could barely sleep at night. The bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed we’ve ever slept on and was so flat and hard it felt like sleeping in a coffin. Overall just a huge disappointment and wish we had spent our money elsewhere.

Really lovely hotel, beautiful views and in a great location - a couple of minutes walk down from the main road, can easily get into Capri town, but also a short walk down the hill to the public beach. Staff were friendly, approachable and super-helpful, especially in the bar. Drinks and food were no more expensive than anywhere else on Capri, but beautifully prepared and very tasty. Had a really peaceful and relaxing stay as a couple - highly recommended.
