This hotel is amazing, the staff is so nice and super accommodating! Its right in the centre of the shopping district and everything is within a 5-10 minute walk. The pool is also amazing with the best views. We came here for my fiancés birthday and they surprised us with a cake and a few other treats! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

We got a free upgrade overlooking the coast. We spent time by the pool. It was so nice to have a few relaxing, quiet moments when the island itself was so busy. At night, there were plenty of options close by to eat and in the hotel itself. Staff was lovely and did our laundry express for us (within a few hours). Was super grateful for the arrangement of a private transfer from Naples to Capri by the hotel as well.

A única coisa é que nos cobraram no check out o transporte das malas do ferry para o hotel e ninguém nos avisou que era um serviço pago imaginávamos que um hotel deste porte teria isso de cortesia ! Everything about this hotel met and exceeded expectations. If I had to be picky I would just say the hotel could have alerted me that it was 120$ for the luggage transfer that I mistakingly assumed was complimentary.

I would have liked a welcome treat in the room when we checked in. They don’t have iron in the room, but only iron service which was too costly to have done. Last for breakfast they should offer eggs without any up charge. They did have scrambled eggs, but we didn’t like them.
