A large (64sqm) west facing one bedroom apartment with sea views and within walking distance (900m) from Camps Bay promenade and world famous beach. Older block with large shaded garden to relax in or for children to play in. Secure on site parking included. Patio for drinks or BBQ or to watch the sun set. Floors, bathroom and kitchen have been modernised. Kitchen has a Smeg gas hob. Once booked, there is access to a detailed guidebook. Pets allowed upon request. Convenience store right next door.

The apartment is on the first floor of an apartment block. The my citi bus route is 100m from the apartment and Ubers are readily available. Convenience store and upmarket restaurant right next door. Whilst centrally situated, the apartment block is quiet.
Other things to note
We provide shower gel, toilet paper, coffee, tea, milk, sugar, basic condiments, a welcome bottle of wine, juice, flowers, and snacks. The Hob is gas operated so will work during load shedding.
