Very convenient location in the heart of the V&A Waterfront, probably the most fashionable area in Cape Town. The apartment is within a very secure large and stylish residential complex overlooking the canal (which looks more like a charming lake). We couldn't fault the accommodation. Highly recommended.
What was an issue, though, was the poor communication from the apartment management. During the 3 months between when we made our booking and when we arrived, the reception area was relocated. The problem was - no one thought to tell us. So we were left wandering the street trying to work out where reception was before we finally stumbled across some assistance. So you may have to be diligent with chasing them up in case something changes and it doesn't occur to them to tell you.
