A fabulous find!

Fabulous setting, spacious apartment with Miele fittings. Very convenient, safe, secure. Would not stay anywhere else in Cape Town again, far better than a luxurious suite in a 5 star hotel.

For a similar price to a hotel in the area, you can have a 2 bedroom modern apartment with a marina outside. The patio on the water is great. The amenities are perfect and the rental was easy.

Our second visit here. Great location, within walking distance of the waterfront. Felt safe and secure and parking was good. The check in point was quite difficult to locate and the check-in process was was disorganised. We had a couple of maintenance issues with our accommodation but they were dealt with very quickly and successfully and the staff were great.

It was a little awkward after hours, finding our way to our apartment as I followed an address that was to the management office, but there were helpful security attendants on site and the property manager then met us. After that, our stay was outstanding!

Adequate stay, but check in needs improvement

The after hours check in experience, or communication thereof, needs improving. The directions to the complex were dreadful, and only by chance did we find someone who could assist us find the correct gate. The check in procedure itself has nothing to do with the "bookee", but security at the complex, which should/could have been explained up front to make this seamless. Other than that, the apartment is adequately furnished and supplied. Great location, lots of space and well-appointed. We had a problem with wifi and aircon but the staff dealt with both very efficiently. It felt very safe and was walkable to mist places, especially the V&A. What could be improved: we were in Juliette B 508. There was too much furniture cluttering up the open-plan space, We hated the open plan bathroom-bedroom layout, Mosquitoes and seagulls are an issue. Felt underneath the dining room chairs would habe made eating there less stessful - and less noisy for the poor people beneath us. It was central, clean, safe,and convenient but i felt it was expensive for what it offered.

The apartment was beautiful with amazing views both to the front and rear. It was very spacious with everything we needed for our Capetown 5 day stay.

My only issue with this property was it was difficult to find where to check in. The staff was amazing, and the view couldn't have been more beautiful!!

My family and I had a great time here. It’s very convenient and walkable to many shops and restaurants, including the two oceans aquarium where many of the tour companies start their tours. The property is very safe and secure. The staff is extremely helpful, especially Faith, she was our main contact person and helped us out with anything we needed. We had a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment, with a great view and a very spacious patio. My family and I would recommend this property to other travelers.
