Left without a room
This was the worst experience I have ever had with a booking, although I had a booking confirmation and paid for my booking, i was told by the property that they dont have my booking, however I find that hard to believe as they knew my first name when i didnt give it to them, my co worker who also booked with Island letting had the same experience. I would advise anyone to stay away from island letting
