We stayed for one night, and on arrival we could not get parking to check in. At night we noticed suspicious people lingering in the front of the property. Made me feel a bit unsafe.

lovely aparthotel centrally based surrounded by various dining options & convienence shops decent size room , good wifi , nice hot shower, big enough size fridge , microwave & hob in the room good size & comfy bed cleaning staff excellent reception staff very professional & helpful area around the aparthotel allegedly a bit sketchy at night but i experienced no problems would definitely use residency again if i stay in the central area of cape town
