Excelente apartamento em Green Point

Apartamento muito bem localizado, em Green Point, próximo a restaurantes, mercados, W&A, estádio etc. O apartamento foi totalmente renovado, com três quartos sendo uma suíte, mais um banheiro comum. Não possui ar condicionado nos quartos, apenas na sala e copa/cozinha, porém há ventiladores que atenderam muito bem. Com certeza recomendo.

No era lo que esperaba.

Es un departamento ruidoso. Los cuartos bien aunque la cama principal es chica como también su acolchado! El resto de los dos curtís es aceptable. Los baños lindos con buena ducha. Tiene ascensor. El living muy buena Tv , los sillones necesitan una limpieza y /o retapizarlos . La cocina amplia y cómoda. Faltan ollas, y algunos utensilios: jarra, abre latas,etc. Cambiaria todas las persianas americanas , muy incómodas para abrir y cerrar. Hay q usar el aire xq es caluroso y si uno abre las puerta/ ventanas es muy ruidoso. La ubicación es aceptable. Se puede ir caminando al Waterfront. Un supermercado a 1 cuadra. No me gustó qué hay que cerrar una reja en la puerta de entrada “por seguridad” yo cambiaria y pondría una puerta blindada dado que ante una emergencia( incendió) uno corre el riesgo de quedarse atrapado ya que tiene que abrir con llave esa reja corrediza. Pondría aires en los cuartos. No volvería a este departamento. Destacó la buena actitud de Juan la persona encargada de entregarnos el departamento . Nos solucionó todos los problemas que se nos presentaron. Muy dispuesto siempre.
