La casa pur trovandosi in un bel quartiere manca di ristrutturazione recente. Tutto è un pò datato. in una casa con numerose vetrate non termiche, è impensabile che il condizionamento sia solamente in una stanza, il calore rende insopportabile il soggiorno nelle ore più calde e la sera.
