Nice apartment

Comfortable apartment in the Fountains Hotel in the city centre with a number of supermarkets and restaurants in close proximity. The hotel restaurant is convenient and has good food at reasonable prices. The street noise was somewhat of a nuisance. I did not appreciate the threats of a large penalty for not vacating the apartment by 11:00 on the day of departure, as well as the email received after checkout that we would be held responsible if we have not left the apartment in the same condition we received it. This was unnecessary.
