The spacious 475 m² villa is spread over 3 floors and features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a guest WC, and accommodates up to 6 guests. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, TV, air conditioning, fan, washing machine, and dryer. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor, while the living and dining areas are on the ground floor.
