Small but nice finca with great views and pool near Cala Ratjada

Beautifully situated finca between Artà and Capdepera on a plot of approx. 3. 380 m², with open views of the castle and the town of Capdepera, the mountains and the countryside. The approximately 60 m² living space are divided as follows: two bedrooms each with a double bed (on request, the beds can also be separated) and fitted wardrobes, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, living / dining room with fireplace and open kitchen (total approx. 30 m²). The high ceilings (2.80 m to 3.50 m ceiling height) with wooden beams, the Majorcan tiled floor, and many other details, there is a beautiful living environment.
A cot and a highchair are provided on request free of charge.
The outdoor saltwater pool (10 mx 4 m - depth of 0.80 m (3 m) to 1.80 m) and several terraces including barbecue area with a beautiful stone table (3.6 meters long) and two stone benches, provides plenty of space to relax. The plot is classic Mediterranean created with local plants, mature trees, palms etc. The house was renovated in spring 2015 and refurnished. Other features: solar system, gas central heating, fireplace, private well and cistern, double glazing, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, etc.

Klein aber fein

Diese Finca ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sie ist ansprechend eingerichtet und wurde uns sauber und ordentlich übergeben. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Größe und war ebenfalls sehr sauber. Nachmittags weht auch schon mal ein stärkerer Wind, was aber in de Sommermonaten sehr angenehm ist. Die Lage ist ruhig und doch nah an Capdepera und Cala Ratjada. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Angelika war sehr nett und absolut unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Sehr gelungener Urlaub

Wir haben eine Woche mit einem Baby in der finca verbracht. Die Ausstattung der Finca ist gut, so wie es auch beschrieben wird. Kleinigkeiten wurden umgehend von der Verwaltung erledigt. Die Finca war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Pool hatte leider durch die Sonnencreme gelbe Verfärbungen, was uns letztendlich nicht großartig gestört hat. Check in und Check out verliefen problemlos. Wir können die Finca für eine kleine Familie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wohlfühlen pur!

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen einen traumhaften Urlaub auf dieser schönen Finca verbringen dürfen. Es ist alles da, was man sich wünscht und abends konnten wir die zauberhafte Abendstimmung und den Blick auf Capdepera von der Terrasse aus genießen. Gerade der Grillplatz ist wunderschön und wir haben dort tolle Stunden verbracht. Alles perfekt und ein sehr netter und herzlicher Empfang. Wir kommen garantiert wieder!

Wunderbare Herbstwoche im Nordosten Mallorcas

Die Beschreibung "Klein, aber fein" trifft es auf den Punkt. Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete, sehr gepflegte Finca ist nicht sehr groß, bietet aber alles, was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Wir waren gespannt auf den Salzwasserpool und haben ihn trotz der schon ziemlich niedrigen Temperaturen ausgiebig getestet - toll! Auch die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen: Cala Ratjada, Capdepera, Artà... alles "um die Ecke". Hervorzuheben (weil nicht selbstverständlich): die Finca und deren Ausstattung entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung der Vermieter und alles funktioniert tadellos. Der freundliche Empfang und die gute Einweisung passten zum überaus positiven Gesamtbild. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine entspannte Woche im September

Wir hatten eine wundervolle entspannte Woche in dieser kleinen aber wirklich feinen,sehr schön eingerichteten Finca, in der wir uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohlgefühlt haben. Wir wurden am vereinbarten Treffpunkt pünktlich abgeholt. Der Service war nett und hilfsbereit. Die Finca liegt in einer schönen Umgebung. Obwohl sie nicht weit von Arta und Cala Radjada entfernt ist, merkt man hier nichts vom Touristentrubel. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Der Blick auf Capdepera ist gerade abends zauberhaft. Da die Finca wirklich hervorragend ausgestattet ist, hat hier auch das Kochen Spass gemacht, so dass wir die Abende gerne in unser Finca mit dem schönen Ausblick verbracht haben. Ausgesprochen gut hat uns der Salzwasserpool , der eine gute Größe hat, gefallen. Es ist einfach sehr viel angenehmer, als die üblichen Chlorpools. Nicht unerwähnt möchten wir die wirklich guten Betten lassen. Da wir schon häufiger eine Finca auf Mallorca gemietet haben, wissen wir das wirklich sehr zu schätzen. Es war eine tolle Woche in einer schönen Finca, in der es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir waren Anfang Juni als Familie für 1 Woche in der Finca. Nochmals Danke an Monique für den super Service nach dem Problem mit der Dusche und die tolle Betreuung. Die Finca ist wirklich super eingerichtet und alles entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Es sind nur wenige Autominuten ans Meer oder nach Arta bzw. Cala Rajada. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es en Mass in der Umgebung. Die Kinder hatten Spass im tollen Pool. Das Einzige was uns etwas gestört hat, sind die fehlenden Mückengitter an den Fenster, oder Alternativ die Moskitonetze über den Betten. Die Biester waren wirklich eine Plage in der Nacht. Die vorhandenen Mückenstecker waren leider wirkungslos. Wenn man das mit dem Mückenschutz noch richten könnte, würden wir garantiert wiederkommen. Lieber Gruss

Sehr schöne Finca in toller Lage

Alles wie beschrieben. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat trotz der frühen Anreise sehr gut geklappt. Die Wegbeschreibung war gut. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Diverse Strände sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Den tollen Salzwasserpool konnten wir jetzt im Herbst auch noch nutzen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekte Finca für eine kleine Auszeit

WIR KOMMEN AUF JEDEN FALL WIEDER! Ich kann nicht mehr zählen, wie oft ich bereits auf Mallorca Urlaub gemacht habe aber das war mit Abstand die beste Finca die wir je hatten. Mein Mann und ich haben 12 sehr schöne und ruhige Urlaubstage in diesem Domizil verbracht. Die Finca ist sehr schön gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll (Gott sei Dank kein Kieferambiete) und es ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Auch das Bad lässt nichts vermissen und passt großartig zum Gesamtkonzept. Leo hat uns vor Ort sehr gut in Empfang genommen uns uns zur Finca geführt und alles gezeigt. Wie schon andere berichtet haben, hat die Finca einen sehr schönen Salzwasserpool direkt am Haus. Die Größe ist perfekt für ein paar Schwimmrunden. Einmal die Woche wird der Pool gereinigt. Sowohl die Terrasse davor als auch am Grillplatz kann man schön verweilen. Wir haben den Grill fast täglich genutzt. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Arta oder Cala Ratjada um einkaufen zu gehen oder lecker Essen zu gehen. Aber auch in Capdepera kann man einen gemütlichen Abend verbringen. Wenn wir also wieder mal Mallorca planen dann werden wir auf jeden Fall diese Finca buchen! LG an Leo und an die Vermieterin.

Wunderschöne Zeit

Wir haben unsere 10 Tage Urlaub in der Finca sehr genossen! Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, liegt ganz ruhig am Rande von Capdepera und bietet alles was man für einen Urlaub zu zweit braucht. Der Pool ist fast den gesamten Tag in der Sonne und dementsprechend auch im Mai schon relativ warm. Es gibt unterschiedliche Plätze zum Essen im Freien und somit immer einen Platz der in der Sonne liegt. Vom Ferienhaus kann man auf Berge und das in der Nacht schön beleuchtete Capdepera schauen. Wir hatten zwar in den 10 Tagen unseres Aufenthalts ein wenig Pech mit dem Wasser, da leider am ersten Tag der Durchlauferhitzer kaputt gegangen ist, aber die Eigentümer und Verwalter haben sich sofort darum gekümmert und uns mit leckerem Wein aus der Region entschädigt. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!

Tolle und erholsame zwei Wochen

Wir hatten wunderschöne zwei Wochen auf der Finca S´Agret und können dieses haus für eine kleine Familie oder Paare nur empfehlen. Es ist nicht groß, aber sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch super ausgestattet. Die Terrassen draußen sind riesig und insgesamt ist das Grundstück sehr schön angelegt. Die Finca hat einen Salzwasserpool, was wir sehr angenehm fanden, kein Chlorgestank und keine juckende Haut. Man hat außerdem einen wundervollen Ausblick, auf der einen Seite sind die Berge und auf der anderen der Ort Capdepera. Mit dem Mietwagen erreicht man innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten sämtliche Geschäfte (Lidl, Müller, Mercadona) und den Ort Cala Ratjada, wo man sehr schön Bummeln und essen gehen kann. Die Bucht Cala Mesquida oder Cala Agulla erreicht man ebenfalls in 5 Minuten. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
