This magnificent apartment is located in the port of Cala Ratjada, right in front of the sea. Its dimensions are 115m2 of housing and 20m2 of terrace, making a total of 135m2. The apartment is located in the best restaurant area of ​​the town, as well as very close to other basic services such as shops and supermarkets. The closest beach is the small cove of Na Ferradura, with rocks and sand, although after a short walk you can reach the fantastic beach of Cala Gat. If one day you feel like it, you can also go to the Capdepera golf course, which is only 7 km from the property.
