Its exceptional location allows you to do everything on foot: the beach is just 50m away, as well as the marina, fish market, shops, restaurants, waffles/ice cream stands, and the CERS (for those interested)...

This tastefully appointed apartment faces due south and is located on the 1st floor with elevator access.

It features: an entrance with closet, a bathroom with toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with closet and a 160 cm SIMMONS mattress bed, a living room with a high-quality 160 cm sofa bed (Mobilier de France), and a large terrace where you can enjoy sunsets. There’s also a shared bike storage room.
