The room was clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made for a comfortable stay.
However, my check‑in was delayed because Hotels.com sent the hotel incorrect details for my booking — specifically, the wrong first name. As a result, the staff had to spend time verifying that the reservation was actually mine. Everything else on the booking was accurate except for the first name.
I’m not sure how this happened, especially since I’ve used Hotels.com to book this same hotel several times without any issues. It would be helpful if this could be looked into to prevent similar delays in the future.
