Our lovely 3 bedroom 2 full bath cottage is perched on a 14 acre mountain ridge surrounded by trees and nature. A beautiful mountain view can be enjoyed year- round from the decks, patio, and several sitting areas. There is an abundance of songbirds, and butterflies, that share the peaceful inclosed zen garden , located just steps out the back door. A fire-pit with plenty of fire wood and a grill for out door cooking are available. This well equipped, sparkling clean vacation get-a-way is great for a small group, couples retreat, a family with children, or a romantic get-a-way to share with a special person in your life. This adorable 3 Bedroom 2 full bath mountain cottage is tastefully furnished. It has a spacious well-equipped full-size kitchen and includes a microwave and dishwasher. There is a separate dining room, living room with HD TV, and a cozy den with a free standing wood burning fireplace. The cottage can accommodate up to 6 adults The garden/patio is nicely landscaped with a fountain, outdoor lighting, fire chimney , and also has a space for outdoor games. It is completely fenced for the safety of small children. The garden is well lit so it can also be enjoyed in the evening as well. If you listen close you can hear the owls hooting just after dark. The stars and moon are so bright in the peaceful dark skies of the surrounding mountains. Our long weekend at the Owl’s Perch was fabulous! Cathy has a comfortable, well stocked rental that is near to everything around Asheville, yet in a country setting. Our family enjoyed two campfires and got great sleep in the comfortable beds. Very much suggest this wonderful VRBO!
