O Hotel é bem velho, chuveiro bem antigo, tomadas soltas, aparelhos antigo. Não vale o valor da diaria. Infelizmente o hotel precisa de muitas reformas, mas me parece que isso não vai acontecer tão cedo. Escolham outra opção.

Atendentes atenciosos, quartos antigos, porém bem cuidados, cama confortável, café da manhã bem completo e gostoso. Ótima localização, com muitas opções de restaurante que da pra ir caminhando. Única parte não tão legal, é que o estacionamento é cobrado à parte e o meu banheiro não estava tão limpo (assento do vaso estava sujo e vidros do box com algumas manchas).

O quarto era antigo, porém sem cheiro forte de madeira ou poeira. O ar condicionado era antigo também (de caixa), mas estava funcionando corretamente e gelava bem. A cama era grande e boa. O lençol e cobertor estavam limpos. O bainheiro deixou a desejar, o ralo do chuveiro não dava conta e a agua transbordava para fora do box. As toalhas estavam manchadas. No dia, o elevador principal não estava funcionando e nem o equipamento para configurar as chaves do quarto. Tivemos que ser acompanhados pela recepção para eles abrirem a porta do nosso quarto. O café da manhã estava muito bom, todos os itens pareciam novos e frescos. O estacionamento era pago a parte, no valor de 20 reais a diária.

Decepção

infelizmente não tivemos uma experiência boa nesse hotel. O quarto precisando de uma melhora com urgência, além de ter uma limpeza adequada, ainda mais pelo preço de diária que é cobrado, esperávamos mais. Paredes precisando de uma pintura nova, tanto no quarto qto no banheiro tbm. Poeira acumulada nas paredes, parece que não se tem uma limpeza mais pesada faz um tempo, passei a mão ficou suja de tanto pó. Cortina não sei se era cinza ou se estava suja mesmo pq mancha tinha de monte, e arrebentada. Traças penduradas na cortina e na parede. Vidro sujo da porta da varanda. Bituca de cigarro na varanda. Tv não sintonizada muitos canais, tv globo saia e voltava direto. No banheiro somente condicionador não tinha shampoo. Boa localização e o café da manhã com bastante variedade, equipe atenciosa. Piscina com teto de vidro no dia estava chuvoso, tinha goteira por toda parte da piscina, desagradável gotas caindo em cima das pessoas. Estacionamento terceirizado cobrado a parte R$ 20,00 e vagas apertadas com manobrista sendo necessário deixar a chave, ponto negativo.

A estadia foi bem rápida, mas, foi possível avaliar que o hotel é muito bom. Café-da-manhã muito bem feito, cama confortável, chuveiro forte e quente. Como sugestão, ficam apenas dois itens: - Consertar corrediça das portas dos quartos para que o hóspede tenha acesso à sacada e visão da cidade; - Aumentar a iluminação do quarto. Além disso, destaco que os funcionários foram muito educados e solícitos. Em especial, a colaboradora S@mar@, que me atendeu com muita cortesia.

Péssima experiência com o hotel! Logo na recepção o atendimento foi realizado com grosseria! Não vá esperando uma vaga de estacionamento. Ela é considerada “cortesia”, ou seja, pode ser que não tenha uma disponível para você. Com relação a acomodação, ela realmente é organizada e limpa. Por outro lado você não terá privacidade! No banheiro é possível escutar a conversa do apartamento vizinho! Escutar de maneira BEM clara e alta. Pelo preço, o café da manhã é decepcionante. Ovos esquisitos e pão de queijo frio e duro (mesmo quando acabam de repor os itens).
