At the time of check-in, the owner of the hotel was in front of the hotel's reception desk. She doubted my word when I told her that Expedia parcel in 12 times the reservation of another hotel in the same city where I have already stayed on another occasion. The lady called the other hotel in front of me, very rudely, saying that it was not true because she had never heard that Expedia receives payment in 12 installments on the credit card. It was very embarrassing. She said that the person who answered the call confirmed that Expedia does not split up and even extended her device so that I can get the doubt because the owner of the other hotel is her sister ... The impression I had is that she had never received one Customer Expedia there. I will not stop being an Expedia customer, but at this hotel I will not be back any more.

Os funcionários muito educados, mas a limpeza do quarto e banheiro deixa a desejar. Pedimos cama de casal e juntaram duas camas de solteiro. O hotel estava vazio, um final de semana comum, então não entendi a falta de cama. O café da manhã com bastante variedade de bolos, pães, achei a qualidade Boa. Acho que deveriam melhorar a limpeza e as instalações dos quartos

hotel no centro, próximo a tudo, comercio, shopping, transporte publico e taxi, é antigao, tem que fazer algumas melhorias, mas para quem vai a negocios e precisa ficar bem localizado compensa ficar la. a Ducha por ser a gas demora um pouco para esquentar a agua,perde-se 5min pelo menos esperando, além do desperdicio da agua. café da manha legal. equipe ok. voltaria a me hospedar
