A qualidade geral do hotel não condiz com o preço da diária. Outros lugares de mesmo preço oferecem colchões mais macios e roupas de cama e banho mais confortáveis e itens de amenidade de melhor qualidade e variedade (não havia cotonete, touca de banho, secador e fio dental). As refeições café da manhã e jantar possuem pouca variedade. Os copos são pequenos para as bebidas incluídas. O restaurante de massas, que requer reserva, não está incluído na diária. Tudo deve ser pago à parte. As piscinas poderiam ter um sistema de limpeza mais eficaz. Ao final do dia a turbidez da água é notória.

A nota aqui é referente apenas ao resort. Se adicionar o parque, que fica anexo ao resort, a nota cai substancialmente. Agora meus comentários sobre o resort: - Equipe: excelente e prestativos. São eles que mantém a nota que coloquei - Alimentação: um refeitório de empresa com alguns itens melhores. Falta compartilhamento do cardápio do dia e dos próximos dias. Café da manhã só trocam o bacon por calabresa, de resto sempre igual -Acomodação: Banheiro bem pequeno, cama razoável (a cama de casal é junção de duas de solteiro e fica horrível ficar no meio), limpeza razoável (embaixo da cama mto sujo e é mto fácil movimenta-la) -Piscinas e entretenimento: São boas, mas faltam opções para dias de frio e/ou chuva. Os monitores, em geral, entretém bem as crianças.

A limpeza do quarto poderia estar melhor. Em especial o box do banheiro que estava encebado desde o inicio da estadia até o final. O colchão não era tão confortável, mas deu pra passar bem as noites. Já os travesseiros e o sofá cama precisariam ser substituídos por melhores. Todas as refeições foram muito bem servidas, com bastante variedade e qualidade. Todos os funcionários muito atenciosos e educados!

Limpeza quartos, organização ok. Custo benefício sem desconto questionável. Cardápio do buffet é simples, sem muitas opções, mas bem feitos. Limpeza da area comum, piscinas também não OK com poucos hóspedes parece que largam, fiquei uma semana. Acesso e facilidades no parque, excepcional.

O quarto muito bom. Bom espaço, banheiro bom. Mas teve momentos que sentimos cheiro de esgoto. A equipe boa. Educados e atenciosos. Mas achei que os promotores de venda tinha que ter um espaço reservado, pois é um pouco invasivo a abordagem deles, enquanto procuramos nesses lugares exatamente o contrário, paz, nada de negócios, nada de compromissos.
