The hotel is outdated and needs more attention on cleaning! Many times the cleaners didn't even take out the trash in the bathroom. Very uncomfortable bed, hard mattress and pillows. Old and worn bath towels. I think it's time for a major overhaul!

Great country side family getaway
Very comfortable and relaxed hotel with great landscaping everywhere and amazing staff always going the extra mile for the guest enjoyment.The hotel offers an amazing swimming pool, sauna, restaurant and bar services in a way you don't need to go out if you don't feel like. I didn't go for any business meeting or event but for a simple country side getaway with my family and everything was just great. Highly recommended place to stay in Limeira.

Escolhemos o hotel para passar o ano novo em família, já que oferecem a opção de ceia e queima de fogos, realmente a virada do ano foi excelente, não temos o que reclamar. Só não avaliei tudo em 5 estrelas pois achei que devido a lotacao do hotel algumas coisas a equipe parecia não dar conta, uma certa espera no check-in, tive que pedir toalhas por duas vezes pois não repuseram na limpeza do quarto, e a limpeza das áreas comuns também poderia ser mais eficiente, me pareceu falta de funcionários. No mais, os funcionários muito cordiais, cama confortável, piscinas boas e a brinquedoteca foi um diferencial pra gente, super novinha, minha filha adorou. Voltaremos. Obrigada!
