We enjoyed our stay at the Bai overall and the buffet is amazing, however the hotel is looking run down with holes in the curtains and dirty old finishes on most surfaces. We had a room on the 16th floor and were moved due to the smell of raw sewage.
The rooms also over look the surrounds slums which will leave any middle class person feeling guilty.

Excellent room is quite - no in room safe - large spacious, nice to roam around a connected mall, the band in the casino very entertaining - staff very attentive and helpful - very easy to get a taxi wait times less than a minute each time I tried - feel the luxury

Staff was great. Issues are Dirty bathroom, Toilet does not flush, Loss of runing water, Loss of wifi, Construction noise thru out the morning and night. Will not visit again or refer anyone to visit.
