The room was dirty. There were insects in the bathroom. There was a loud party until midnight that I could hear all the way on the top floor. Stay somewhere else.

We were given a room with a broken window handle, making it impossible to lock. This clearly affects both the sense of personal security and the overall quality of the stay. Notably, there was a sticker on the window, suggesting that this issue was already known. In addition, the noise from outside — including announcements and takeoffs — was unbearable. Inside the room, the noise was further intensified by loud, squeaky bathroom door hinges and a very noisy bathroom fan. The overall experience in the room was one of constant and disturbing noise from all directions. Given that the hotel did not appear to be fully booked, I truly don’t understand why we were placed in a room with such evident and disruptive issues.

This is a great place to stay if you have an early flight. It’s 5 minutes from the airport. The staff can arrange a taxi for you. Very modest hotel but it does have a restaurant.

Room on top floor at end of very low-ceiling corridor, was for two but only had one bedside light, one bath towel and one hand towel. Whole room very dark and the only charging point was in the bathroom unless you unplugged the light. Otherwise clean and tidy and pretty quiet.

Had very nice outdoor covered parking. Nothing that defines a 4-star hotel is accurate with Jet. Thinking it was a pretty good price for a 4-star hotel instead was a very expensive 2.5 star hotel. Most disappointing stay of my 15 nights in Italy.
