Excellent breakfast.

Good welcome on arrival. Clean hotel and room. Bed very hard and duvet too small for the double bed. Good breakfast selection and all staff helpful. No comfy chairs in the room. One hard dining type and one pc type. Both not as described in advert. However, good value for money and the breakfast is excellent. Good cheap parking too.

We liked the room and the breakfast options. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. We didn’t like the location as it was out of town and away from bus access, so we had to use taxis to get to/from Cambridge.

We just stayed for 1 night at the Holiday Inn. The staff were amazing including Candice, Herbert and Mattao. They were so helpful, professional and kind. The breakfast was spot on with many different hit and cold food and drinks options available. Although situated on an industrial estate, it was within easy acess to get to Cambridge. We waljed from Cambridge city centre to tge hotel on one occasion which was pleasant and only took 45 minutes. The rooms were spotless and could not fault anything aboout this hotel. Pleasantly surprised. Well worth a stay. Highly recommended, especially because of the staff who were amazing. They are a credit to the Holiday Inn.

Like everything nowadays more expensive with less services. Over £100 a night and that doesn't include a parking space. Used to be a free coffee machine available all day but not anymore. Nice hotel though staff very pleasant but was invited to pay for my room a second time on arrival had to stand my ground and say id already paid

The beds were comfortable, excellent breakfast, nice staff. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a horrible odor. Wondering if it is a construction flaw- there’s no caulking in the floor tiles - and they get wet. Staff said they would send maintenance- but nothing changed. Had to keep bathroom door shut the entire time otherwise it was unbearable.
