Hotel walkable location , decent breakfast and lovely staff. Rooms are spacious but unfortunately only a queen size bed......given the room size the wider bed should be the preference.

Super easy check-in, lovely clean smart looking hotel. Good customer service, comfortable bed. Great breakfast and very reasonably priced. What I hoped for and more than met my expectations.

Poor food offering, Severely understaffed

Severely understaffed, waiting to check in as staff were covering the bar, and then later the staff were on reception with multiple people queuing at the bar to order food whilst all staff were on reception ( 2 staff) Food availability was beyond poor; available were Starters, 2 Curries and Limited pizzas. No cooked meat of any description. So again the only food available was pre-prepared stuff, which was either put in a microwave or a pizza oven ....................... No issue with the staff, they were run of their feet The room was clean tho Reasonable overnight parking at £5.00 Business Stay

The hotel should provide alternate directions to get to the hotel when the road leading to it is closed. A journey that should have been 16 minutes took us 90 minutes trying to find another way to get there. We were not familiar with the area and the satnav just kept taking us back to the closed road and the diversion signs suddenly stopped part way. Nobody answered the telephone when we called the hotel. Did not put us in a good frame of mind about the hotel.

It was very nice place. Walking distance from Cambridge city. Maybe too far for the people who wants to see the centre, but it was worth the money and breakfast included.
