Hotel is in a great place for access for both magaluf and palmanova, about a 10 minute walk to both restaurants and bars. A private gate to get to the beach which only people at the hotel have access to. Breakfast was abit dissapointing, not much on offer and as we went with a gluten free traveler the only option was yogurt, fruit or a bread roll which we never got. Chefs in the restaurant have minimal English. Overall the hotel rooms could use with updating. The hotel is located at the top of a hill, it is very steep when walking in 30° heat!

We arrived late in the evening and the staff member was welcoming. Our room 701 had a sea view and was very spacious. Breakfast ok. Not amazing nor would describe as poor. We had breakfast every morning and didn’t feel the need to venture outside for it. The location was perfect. With street and beach access so perfect depending on what way you were going In the evening. Beds were lift up beds, which mean they did squeak, which means when moving in the night it was annoying. However, we would stay again. Thank you!

Stayed here for 4 nights as a solo traveller. Hotel is older but it’s been redone and was pretty nice. Loved that we had direct beach access and the view from the balcony was stunning. Would probably stay here again if I came back to the island. Every interaction I had with the staff was good and they were very nice.

We had a lovely room with an amazing view. The walls are a bit thin. But we slept fine. Breakfast was ok. Restaurant was alway clean and tidy. Pool was cold and could go with being cleaned a bit more frequently. I would definitely stay here again tho.

If you want to stay in this area, this is the ideal place for pool and beach without the craziness of others. It is at end of beach which is really nice. The rooms were great and breakfast was awesome. Housekeeping took/misplaced my pajamas one day and I never got them back and had to follow up with staff, but no success. This was very disappointing indeed, but otherwise great stay.

Room smelled moldy. Paid for balcony view and got a view of their roof level with vents and machines on them. It’s a party area for college kids and they don’t mention that so staff is very standoffish and half the amenities were closed or not working. They claim to have a pool bar that never opened once my whole stay and they did not allot us to bring our own drinks anywhere by the pool or its surrounding areas. Cockroach was in our room the first day and they came up and strayed but that made it worse. The balcony above us had teens peeing off it multiple times so I couldn't even use mine without possibly getting pissed on. Front desk is strict with towels they make you hold the same dirty beach towel your entire stay and wouldn’t give more. They claimed to have parking for us but when we arrived they said parking is first come first serve and they didn’t have space for us so the next day I see it open but once I parked was told I wasn’t allowed to still. Bathroom/room floods while showering. And air conditioning is not so great. Would not stay here again for the price I paid it was 1/5 stars for me
