We are the new owners since 2023. For your comfort we have completely renovated the studio (new bedding, doube curtains, air conditioning, kitchen with microwave, shower with thermostatic faucet among others.) In the property, the parking lot is private, closed by automatic gate. The 10X5m swimming pool equipped with a rigid safety roller shutter. The studio is air-conditioned, the floor is tiled. WC separate from the bathroom. The kitchen is separated from the bedroom. The independent studio is on the right end of the house.It has a private terrace with table, chairs, sun loungers, parasol and electric plancha.
Ideally located in the heart of the hilltop villages of Provence, Callian is a good starting point for visiting Cannes, St Raphael, the Gorges du Verdon, Lac de St Cassian and the entire Fayence region, Grasse the capital of flowers and perfume. Propriété idéalement située, tous les magasins sont dans un rayon de 3kms, a pieds.. Le village est a 500m.Tres belle piscine, magnifique vue, endroit calme. Les propriétaires sont tout aussi discrets que disponibles, toujours prets a échanger sur des sujets variés. Ce sejour correspondait parfaitement a nos attentes.

Résidence très agréable
Propriétaires très gentils et charmants . On souhaitait des vacances tres calmes et on nous a pas prévenu avant notre arrivé qu il y aurait son fils sa femme et leurs 3 petites filles . Il a fallu trouver un compromis pour la piscine et les moments calmes .

Un agréable séjour
Nous remercions André et Colette pour leur chaleureux accueil. La location est bien équipée, la piscine est toujours disponible avec un joli terrain fleuri. La région est magnifique à visiter un vrai plaisir pour les yeux. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et discrets, nous gardons un agréable souvenir de notre séjour dans ce beau village de Callian.

Agréable séjour
Nous avons passés une semaine très agréable.André et Colette sont des gens charmants et très discrets. Le studio est fonctionnel et propre. La région est magnifique le petit village de Callian a son charme avec de bon restaurants.

Calme et confortable
Le petit studio est agréable, très calme, avec un petit coin sans vis a vis pour manger dehors et se reposer. Très bien équipé pour passer de petites vacances.
L’Accès à la piscine et aux abords est un plus, ce fut très agréable de passer du temps à la piscine après nos randonnées.
Et pour finir, les propriétaires Mme et Mr Waterlot sont très sympathiques et accueillants avec quelques petites attentions de leur part (boissons fraiches et bouquet de fleurs à notre arrivée, et quelques fruits de leur jardin dans la semaine). Vraiment top !!!
Si vous voulez passer des vacances en pays de Fayence, nous vous recommandons ce studio idéal pour un couple.
