We are the new owners since 2023. For your comfort we have completely renovated the studio (new bedding, doube curtains, air conditioning, kitchen with microwave, shower with thermostatic faucet among others.) In the property, the parking lot is private, closed by automatic gate. The 10X5m swimming pool equipped with a rigid safety roller shutter. The studio is air-conditioned, the floor is tiled. WC separate from the bathroom. The kitchen is separated from the bedroom. The independent studio is on the right end of the house.It has a private terrace with table, chairs, sun loungers, parasol and electric plancha.
Ideally located in the heart of the hilltop villages of Provence, Callian is a good starting point for visiting Cannes, St Raphael, the Gorges du Verdon, Lac de St Cassian and the entire Fayence region, Grasse the capital of flowers and perfume. For your sporting activities nearby (golf, horse riding and water activities at Lake St Cassien.)

Propriété idéalement située, tous les magasins sont dans un rayon de 3kms, a pieds.. Le village est a 500m.Tres belle piscine, magnifique vue, endroit calme. Propriétaires très gentils et charmants . On souhaitait des vacances tres calmes et on nous a pas prévenu avant notre arrivé qu il y aurait son fils sa femme et leurs 3 petites filles . Il a fallu trouver un compromis pour la piscine et les moments calmes .

Calme et confortable

Le petit studio est agréable, très calme, avec un petit coin sans vis a vis pour manger dehors et se reposer. Très bien équipé pour passer de petites vacances. L’Accès à la piscine et aux abords est un plus, ce fut très agréable de passer du temps à la piscine après nos randonnées. Et pour finir, les propriétaires Mme et Mr Waterlot sont très sympathiques et accueillants avec quelques petites attentions de leur part (boissons fraiches et bouquet de fleurs à notre arrivée, et quelques fruits de leur jardin dans la semaine). Vraiment top !!! Si vous voulez passer des vacances en pays de Fayence, nous vous recommandons ce studio idéal pour un couple.

Petit paradis provençal

Ce studio est très bien équipé et répond parfaitement à la description, bref, on y trouve tout ce que l’on a besoin : tranquillité, cadre charmant. Le jardin magnifique avec sa piscine chauffée, une vue imprenable rendent le séjour très agréable. L’accueil que nous avons reçu a été très chaleureux et convivial. Mme et Mr W sont également de très bon conseillers pour des adresses gastronomiques aux alentours. La région a été pour nous le point de départ de merveilleuses ballades en vélo (attention à la topographie). La région avec ses villages perchés est pittoresque et offre une atmosphère provençale qu’on oublie pas de sitôt. Cette adresse est à conseiller pour tout couple qui désire passer un séjour en Provence dans le calme, la nature et les fleurs, tout en gardant un maximum de confort. Nous y reviendrons. Aqui, sian ben!

Mr et Mme W sont prévenants et attentifs au confort du locataire. Le logement est très confortable et fonctionnel. Jardin et piscine magnifiques. Endroit très calme pour repos que nous cherchions. Vue magnifique de la propriété. A conseiller vivement c'est sûr nous y retournerons l'an prochain.

"Avec un accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, vous découvrirez un endroit parfaitement adapté pour un couple sans enfant dans un environnement très calme avec une vue panoramique sur les environs.La piscine (entretenue quotidiennement),la climatisation par le sol (pas de bruit)ainsi que la qualité du couchage permettent de passer un séjour de grande qualité. "Nous avons effectué un séjour à Callian chez Mme et M. W,pendant une semaine en juillet 2012. Nous sommes arrivés en fin d''après-midi, et étions attendus par M. W. L''accueil a été très sympathique et nous avons partagé un petit moment avant de découvrir les lieux de location pour la semaine. Le site est un petit paradis très agréable, fleuri, avec un magnifique point de vue. L''appartement est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Rien ne manque. Nous avons pu profiter à volonté d''une piscine très bien agencée avec tout l''équipement nécessaire (chaises, parasols, bains de soleil...). Pendant une semaine, nous avons visité des environs très typiques de la Provence, mais aussi accédé très faciilement (environ) 1 h à des lieux très connus de la côte (Cannes, Marineland, Antibes, Monaco...) sans difficultés. Espace commercial (Leclerc, petits commerces locaux...) à proximité, tout est fait pour passer un agréable séjour. On peut sans difficultés ajouter à cela, une convivialité exceptionnelle avec Mme et M. W, qui sont toujours vigilants à notre bien être. De plus, pour nous être agréable, Mme et M. W nous ont ajouté un lit pour un enfant de 12 ans. Cela n''a gêné en rien le confort du séjour. Au contraire, nous avons pu passer une très bonne semaine en famille. Comment ne pas garder un excellent souvenir de ce passage en Provence. Cette adresse est à recommander à tout couple désirant passer un séjour, au calme, agréable dans un petit paradis."
