Charming independent villa built entirely of stone in perfect local style, featuring large windows. Located in a panoramic area with sea and mountain views, surrounded by unspoiled nature, it is ideal for those who wish to spend a relaxing holiday in privacy and in direct contact with nature. The villa offers a well-kept 1,000 sqm garden with many trees and plants, outdoor lighting for the evening, large private parking, barbecue, outdoor shower, covered veranda and gazebo equipped with sports equipment, as well as free Wi-Fi. The villa is about 2 km from Spiaggia Grande and 5 km from the town of Calasetta. To reach the house, you need to drive about 300 meters on an unpaved road.

Ground floor (35 sqm): veranda-living room with double sofa bed, 50" TV, oak table and 4 chairs, windows with thermal blackout curtains; kitchen with 4-burner gas stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, mahogany table and 2 chairs, fully equipped; bathroom with shower.

Mezzanine (12 sqm): sleeping area with double bed or two single beds.

Basement (18 sqm): room with double bed, 32" TV, very cool even in summer.

Outdoor loggia (75 sqm): barbecue, large convivial area, solarium with 2 loungers and outdoor shower, fitness area with multifunctional gym equipment.

The house is equipped with 3 air conditioners (1 fixed and 2 portable), 2 fans, mosquito nets in all rooms, washing machine, umbrellas, deck chairs and a cooler bag at your disposal.

Relax e quiete a Calasetta

Pros: La casa è immersa in un bellissimo giardino, comprensivo di doccia esterna, tante are ombreggiate, sdraio, tavolo e camino/bbq utilizzabile e funzionante. Abbiamo anche potuto portare con noi in spiaggia degli ombrelloni a nostra disposizione. La casa è raggiungibile tramite un ultimo tratto di strada sterrata (ben tenuta), non è in prossimità diretta del mare ma gode di un ampio panorama (tra cui appunto anche il mare). Ottima soluzione per rilassarsi in semplicità. Cons: Alcuni dettagli del bagno sono migliorabili (funzionalità della doccia), ma niente di cui lamentarsi!
