Hotel was average. Had asked for late checkout but front desk called 10min before usual checkout time to tell us we hadn’t checked out. Desk worker was rude saying he had no notice of late checkout request and he would have to check with supervisor. At the same time as phone call cleaner knocked on door and asked if we knew what time checkout was. Will not stay there again.
