the hotel is central which makes walking places very easy....some a little farther than others. the buffest for breakfast was nice - kids liked it. we had the suite which apparently meant they had the suite plus a 2nd non connected room. so it was sort of weird for us with the kids. we made due. the real issue was the tiny pool for such a large place and it was freezing. no joke - 100 degrees and kids were getting cold. also you would have a bunch of people up there smoking away and drinking out of glass - at the pool. i get the smoking but glass at a pool was always a no no from what i heard. elevators were a little slow. we had a day where our AC went out - took about 3 calls to gt them to fix. they blamed a door not being shut - we check them all multiple times. oh well. would i go back? maybe....it was fine. with kids, id prefer a place with a larger pool that wasnt just sunburnt people smoking around it.

The hotel's location offers exceptional convenience for both intra-city travel within Madrid and inter-city rail connections, as it is situated directly above the Chamartin Clara Campoamor Train Station. Furthermore, Barajas Airport T4 is accessible within a mere 20-minute journey, and the Chamartin Subway station is also directly integrated. While the immediate vicinity currently presents a developing aesthetic, it is anticipated that this will significantly enhance upon the completion of the hotel's ongoing renovations. The staff consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism and amiability, and the accommodations are meticulously maintained. I will definitely return and stay again.
