This older-style timber home offers plenty of space and comfort, making it ideal for a family getaway. Conveniently located near the popular Top Shop and within walking distance to Clarkes Beach and the town centre.

The main house features three bedrooms, including one with an ensuite, a family bathroom, an air-conditioned lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for home cooking. A separate parents’ retreat out the back provides extra privacy with its own bathroom, TV, and air conditioning with a small deck.

Outside, there’s a fenced garden with a BBQ and outdoor setting, plus a newly renovated deck out the front, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Parking is available around the back via Paterson Lane.

NDIS STA house

This house was horrific, the front balcony was to dangerous to walk on. The back balcony we had to ask for a carpenter to attend the property to fix dangerous holes in the decking. Property managers were good in getting tradesmen to property to mow lawn, clean up lots of garden mess to allow us to walk safely through the property. Floors inside the house, you could see the ground through. Furniture old and rustic, needed a good clean and dust, massive mirror had fallen of the wall in room with ensuite and was leaning against the wall. Back door to " parents oasis" needed replacing, old lamps in the room broken. An old house that needs alot of work. As an NDIS company with intellectually disabled participants, it was a hazardess and unsafe property.
