Jeannie and Jim were lovely hosts - they left a bottle of wine in the fridge for our 30th wedding anniversary! It was a pleasure to meet Jeannie half way through our stay. She apologised for the construction work next door and gave us a 10% discount for the inconvenience of the noise. The guest house was in a great location close to beach and town but still in a leafy quiet area. Very comfortable and attractively decorated.

Fantastic location

Perfect stay for our family visiting Byron Bay for the first time. Grocer basically across the road and restaurants within walking distance. We were traveling with 2 kids and small dog - I would love to come back and spend longer at this property. House was well equipped including beach towels and very clean.

A super stay in a great house

Everything was as described and Jeannie supplied so much information and a welcome pack and was very helpful at every stage. We couldn't have asked for anything more and would recommend anyone to stay here. The coffee shop/deli opposite was fantastic with an irresistible deli counter. Byron Bay car hire was easy to use and also very helpful.
