Air conditioning in all rooms. Large living room with 2 environments, 47 inch flat screen Sky TV, 2 5 seater sofas and a long chaise, 7 seater dining table and Brewery. Large fully-equipped kitchen with cabinets, crockery and cooking utensils, Brastemp refrigerator, microwave, 5-burner stove, Hood and Soft Everest water filter. Full service area and covered with another Brastemp refrigerator, washing machine, 2 clotheslines and cabinets, gas system connected to 2 cylinders. Complete dependence of maid with independent bathroom. Large private outdoor area with 4 seater table, balcony with sofa. Estrutura e localização perfeitas
A casa é muito boa. Localizacao perfeita. Da pra ir a pe pra praia de geriba. A casa possui todos utensílios de cozinha, duas geladeiras e cervejeira. Dentro do condomínio tem uma das melhores localizações. Fica de frente pra piscina mas num canto, fica perto da piscina e com privacidade.

A casa da Bárbara é muito bem localizada, pretíssimo da praia de geriba e em um
Condomínio muito tranquilo com uma ótima piscina em frente da casa. Pegamos duas diárias com a Cheila que cozinha e faxina super bem
