Esta ubicado bien en el centro de Buzios. El lugar es limpio, el buffet de desayuno esta bien pero en el horario bien temprano ya que tardan un poco en reponer si vas alrededor de las 9.30. Por todo lo demas la estadia estuvo perfecta. Nos cambiaron las toallas sin problemas un dia que nos olvidamos de dejar el letrero de que nos limpien el cuarto. El personal es muy amable.

In general terms the pousada is good, breakfast is decent even with the coffee machine inconvenient they had for 2 days. The AC in my room was not great and it took a while to cool the bedroom considering the hot days. Location is very good, close to everything. The staff for 1 or 2 exceptions all the questions we did seemed they were bothering them and not really engaged to help or assist in a good way.

The Check in was perfect, Pedro was very helpful and friendly. The room was Great, but it does need some updates. The bathroom had the window broken and no shelf in the shower. We also ran out of cold water during our shower and we had to shower at a different unit the next morning before check out. The location is great and very convenient. Booking our tour was also super easier with them, but it does have a convenient fee included.

It is running down, use to be great. They are not doing any thing to keep up with the build. They are charging for the parking saying it is a third party but is not they always had the same parking lot. Staff play dummy with customer to not deal with issues.

Our first room toilet was not appropriate to use. We moved to a better room that had no outlet in bathroom and bathroom sink faucet was lose. Any way was better than the first room. We really loved Búzios and the Pousada staff was lovely!!!

This property has an excellent location right near the main square but it's far enough that you don't hear the music from some of the bars. The accommodations were nice enough. The AC worked very well in the room and the beds were comfortable for me, but could be too hard for others. Our only issue was we set up our transportation from Rio to Buzios through the Pousada and there was an issue as our transport wasn't there. Later the manager took full responsibility and tried to make it right so I appreciate that.

Na parte da frente da pousada funciona uma pizzaria. Na madrugada havia barulho de pratos e talheres batendo, durante a limpeza do local. O café da manhã é razoável. Havia uma fresta na madeira da porta do quarto que deixava entrar luz a ponto de incomodar. A localização é excelente.

O hotel fala q possui estacionamento na reserva, sendo que após efetiva-la, é necessario solicitar ao hotel o estacionamento, quando chegamos nao havia estacionamento disponivel no hotel, sendo necessario guardar o veiculo em estacionamento particular mediante ourra taxa por indicacao do hotel. Pelo preco da diaria é bem mediocre as instalações, o café da manha é bem inferior com poucas opções, o atendimento pelos funcionários é bem ruim e antipáticos, pouco receptivos.

Excelente localização, mas barulhento

Hotel bem localizado, mas bem barulhento (a limpeza da área interna começa cedo demais, tem um estacionamento ao lado, que funciona até de madrugada, além dos transeuntes). O estacionamento custa R$ 100,00 por dia. E nao ha opcao pq Buzios nao tem vagas para carros. Os estacionamentos próximos cobram de 40 a 70 reais por 6 horas (quanto mais tarde mais caro). A recepção funciona bem. Todos muito prestativos.
