Hotel esta abandonado, cama desconfortavel, ar condicionado nao funciona, roupa de cama tinha marcas de maquiagem, tive que ir no shopping comprar fronha de travesseiro e toalhas, chuveiro ruim, cafe da manha e pessimo pior que ja vi, de pao dormido, frutas passadas, com suco de pozinho (nao e natural) e nao tinha agua nem suco um dia... Duas coisas boas eh a localizacao pe na areia e o bar da piscina(que estava bem suja)!!!

Horrible wifi only worked in lobby, no hot water, sandy floors, poor service and communication at reception - didn't work well with hotels.com reservation and on top of everything THE SHOWER ELECTRICUTED ME!.. Plus the sheets didn't fit well so they came off while we were sleeping so you woke up on a disgusting overly used mattress.. All that for $100 really?

A equipe é gentil sim, porém a cama estava fazendo um buraco no meio precisa ser trocada, a piscina também precisa ser melhor limpa, pouca coisa pra melhorar mais que fazem toda a diferença. O hotel tem uma estrutura maravilhosa vista perfeita, porém pra mim voltar essas coisas precisam é revista. A toalha de rosto colocada no banheira precisa ser jogada fora estava rasgada com um buraco enorme.

O quarto ficava em um porão com rede de esgoto coberta apenas com um forro de pvc , quarto todo mofado , mosquitos de banheiro ficavam por todo quarto , colchões velhos e mofados , todo o hotel não tem nada a ver com as fotos no site. Reservei quatro dias e fomos embora no primeiro , não tinha condições de deixar minha filha e minha esposa em um lugar assim.

Pousada bem localizada, porém a pousada não condiz com as fotos, totalmente diferente, os quartos bem acabados, frigobar todo enferrujado, filtro eles não limpam está com crosta verde, o café da manhã também não condiz com as fotos que estão no site não tem muita variedade, muito decepcionante mesmo!

Nossa experiência nesse hotel foi bem desagradável. O hotel parecia lotado e desorganizado. Fomos colocados em uma suíte quase no último andar, com muitas escadas, péssimo acesso. A sensação era de que a área estava desativada e que nos colocaram lá por falta de opção. A suíte tinha vários problemas: lustres quebrados, TV que não funcionava, ar-condicionado soltando faíscas na tomada, cheiro muito ruim vindo dos ralos, ducha higiênica quebrada e água escura e turva, tanto no banheiro quanto na piscina. Para piorar, no segundo dia deixamos a chave para a arrumação e o quarto não foi limpo, porque a funcionária achou que já tínhamos ido embora. Quando voltamos da rua, tivemos que ficar esperando na piscina para arrumarem o quarto e reporem roupas de cama e banho. Enfim, não recomendo.

Limpeza dos quartos pois estavam cheio de sujeira no banheiro, água da pia saia com mal cheiro e de cor alaranjado, tampa do vaso quebrado e vaso sujo , descarga não funcionava,colcha da cama encardida , nenhum dia ouve limpeza ,café da manhã o ovo tava com cheiro de estragado , higiêne das roupas de cama manchada, poltronas quebradas na parte q senta , carpetes imundos , piscina suja água verde e mal cheiro, cheio de lodo e sujeira nos contas e bordas.

O hotel apresenta sinais evidentes de desgaste: estrutura antiga, cheiro de mofo no quarto, cortinas visivelmente sujas, roupa de cama desgastada, ar-condicionado pingando e cama pouco confortável. O espelho do banheiro estava bastante manchado, dificultando até mesmo o uso. Como pontos positivos, a piscina é adequada, o bar funciona bem, o café da manhã é satisfatório e a localização à beira-mar valeram. No entanto, considerando o estado geral das instalações, a hospedagem só se justifica em situações muito específicas, como no nosso caso, em que foi uma alternativa emergencial para o período de Réveillon.

Atendimento e localização são bons. Mas, todo o restante está ruim, áreas comuns sujas, pintura do prédio pessima, vidros embaçados , nos quartos temos portas que não encaixam, janelas que podem ser abertas, maçanetas enferrujadas, água amarelada no banheiro , iluminação ruim, ar refrigerado que não funciona.

Atendimento excelente, localização privilegiada, o bar com drinks deliciosos ,alimentação com valores acessíveis, café da manhã com horário estendido. O local precisa de manutenção , mas o pontos positivos, superam o que foi negativo. Voltaremos com certeza!
