Hotel esta abandonado, cama desconfortavel, ar condicionado nao funciona, roupa de cama tinha marcas de maquiagem, tive que ir no shopping comprar fronha de travesseiro e toalhas, chuveiro ruim, cafe da manha e pessimo pior que ja vi, de pao dormido, frutas passadas, com suco de pozinho (nao e natural) e nao tinha agua nem suco um dia... Duas coisas boas eh a localizacao pe na areia e o bar da piscina(que estava bem suja)!!!

Horrible wifi only worked in lobby, no hot water, sandy floors, poor service and communication at reception - didn't work well with hotels.com reservation and on top of everything THE SHOWER ELECTRICUTED ME!.. Plus the sheets didn't fit well so they came off while we were sleeping so you woke up on a disgusting overly used mattress.. All that for $100 really?

Não volto nunca mais!!!!

Quartos com cheiro de mofo, piscina com limo nas bordas, instalações velhas necessitando de reformas, café da manhã sem reposição durante o período estabelecido e com refresco quente e sem gelo para oferecer aos hospedes, bar da piscina fechado, não tem wi-fi nos quartos, ficamos toda a estadia sem televisão.

Péssimas acomodações, péssimo atendimento, café da manhã começa próximo às 08:00 hs por falta de funcionários. No quarto um aparelho de ar condicionado extremamente barulhento. Ambiente incrivelmente sujo. Tolhas brancas muito encardidas. Banheiro horrível e o pior de tudo, insetos demais no quarto e banheiro; formigas tipo saúvas grandes. Acho que Vocês mantendo uma espelunca dessas no seu portfólio é queimar a tradição da sua plataforma de Hotéis.

Hotel tinha tudo para ser perfeito, otima localização, atendentes atenciosos, porem o cuidado com o estabelecimento deixou a desejar, banheiros com aspecto sujo, vidro do box nao sabe o que é limpeza faz tempo. Cafe da manha bem fraco. Tivemos que trocar de quarto 3x. Ar condicionado nao funcionava e os quarto cheirando a mofo. Caiu muito a qualidade pelos anos anteiores. O pessoal do bar da piscina sempre muito atencioso. Deveriam zelar mais pelo conforto.

É um bom hotel sim!

Quando eu li os comentários ruins sobre a pousada eu desesperei rs afinal eram dias que eu precisava de paz e conforto. Mas como eu não podia cancelar resolvi acreditar que seria bom! Ainda bem! Foi uma estadia ótima! Localização perfeita! Funcionários super atenciosos. Sim, o hotel não está novo mas também não está aos pedaços como falaram. Meu quarto estava ótimo. A cama não era super confortável mas consegui descansar bem. A limpeza do primeiro dia não me agradou muito então perguntei sobre e o funcionário logo me disse que eles fariam conforme eu quisessem, e assim fizeram. Além disso, eu tive problema com meu ônibus da volta e me deixaram ficar até mais tarde. O café tinha opções de pães, de frios, de doces e bolos, muitas frutas. Eu amei o café. Eu e meu esposo conseguimos descansar. Sim, o hotel precisa de manutenção mas não é esse pesadelo descrito aqui. Eu me hospedaria novamente!

Não indico pra ninguém, vai ter péssima experiênci

Péssima experiência, hotel em péssimas condições de receber um hóspede, televisão quebrada, tomadas não funcionam, lâmpadas queimadas, você coisas básicas como uma toalha e pano de chão, eles finge que nem ouviram sua solicitação, na imagem do hotel parece uma coisa, quando chega na realidade é totalmente diferente, péssima experiência pelo valor que foi pago, já fiquei em outras acomodações mais baratas que com condições excelentes pra receber hóspedes

Não voltarei e não recomendo!

O hotel está totalmente largado. Os quartos fedem demais, as roupas de cama não são trocadas durante a estadia, apenas organizadas. Toalhas péssimas! Café da manhã sem variedades, máquina de café estragado, suco de saquinho horrível, e servem inclusive coisas azedas, como pão doce e melancia. Funcionários sem educação, a Sra da cozinha briga com os hóspedes o tempo todo. E as da limpeza, falam mal dos hóspedes pelo caminho o tempo todo! Não voltarei, a sorte do hotel é ser beira mar, talvez por isso ainda tenha algum público! Mas foi lamentável minha estadia.

Péssimo viajei com um grupo de 10 pessoas fiquei decepcionada porque fui eu que indiquei o hotel La Plage passei vergonha porque o atendimento foi de péssima qualidade com as pessoas as informações não eram claras específicas sobre a a estadia o café da manhã fomos procurar café não tinha café servir o café de máquina e não é o que queríamos se você chegasse faltando meia hora pra encerrar o café da manhã você comia restos porque eles não repõe o que acabou conclusão decepcionada frigo bar pifado sem funcionar o ar-condicionado com defeito tivemos que pedir pra arrumar depois que passamos uma noite de caos foi o pior investimento de viagem que eu fiz
