A last minute booking and we felt very lucky and blessed to find this amazing hotel. From the minute we arrived we were given first class service! Lovely touches, like fresh milk and a welcome bottle of beer and prosecco in our room. Fantastic stay, the room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The customer service from all members of staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The food was very good and the added touch of a complimentary packed lunch and welcome drinks in the room were a very thoughtful touch, as was the birthday dessert presented at dinner for husbands birthday.
