"Reception staff really friendly. Housekeeping needs to improve tremendously. Although bathroom was clean enough, the toilet inner part needed a good clean. There was mould/ grime on the tile corners of the floor. Towels were very old. Under the bed had a lot of fluff and an old tissue, not surprised ..."
