The villa features two spacious queen bedrooms, thoughtfully positioned to offer comfort and privacy when sharing with family or friends, along with two separate modern shower rooms.



The fully equipped open-plan kitchen and lounge area is the heart of the home, styled for relaxed entertaining and effortless stays. With generous space, contemporary finishes, and a wide-screen TV, it’s the perfect setting to unwind after a day exploring the coast.

You’re just a short 5-minute drive from the famous Yallingup surf break, the historic Caves House, and the breathtaking Ngilgi Cave. A little further along the coast, you’ll find the crystal-clear waters of Meelup Beach and Eagle Bay, both around 10 minutes away, offering pristine swimming, snorkelling, and scenic walking trails.

Noise & Quiet Hours

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay.



Firewood

A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.



Leavers

We are currently not hosting Leavers bookings.



Pet Policy

This property is not pet-friendly, and pets are not permitted on the premises at any time. Any unauthorised pets may result in additional cleaning fees and/or breach of booking terms.



Rental Agreement
