Beautifully appointed villas nestled in the south west coastal forest. First class ammenities, clean, fresh, modern architecture, lovely friendly helpful staff. An absolute must.

This resort is exceptional. Facilities are great. Staff were very friendly. Easy access into Dunsborough only a short drive away. Thoroughly recommend doing Six Seasons cultural walk with Wardandi Elder Nina. Had a wonderful experience. Thank you.

Queues to check in were ridiculous and very understaffed at reception. Room was not ready til 4pm, an hour after supposed check in. For a 5 star resort that has a late check in of 3pm already, not having access to our room and facilities til after then was highly disappointing and a rude reflection given the price we paid for our stay. Other incidences happened which I won’t detail in length other than to say, some highly unprofessional staff and lack of customer service skills and etiquette. I have emailed to provide this feedback but still no response hence leaving this public review. Cannot fault the quality of the property and amenities but wouldn’t return as there are many other quality options in the region that surpass the service or lack thereof we received

Room was not going to available at check in and it was going to be a long wait. I was given a different room instead. Had a lake room, walked down, the card key to didn't work, so walked back up to reception to get it fixed. Entered the room, and the welcome message on the tv - Mr instead of Ms... Booked for dinner, instead of seating us in the restaurant, the waiter tried to seat us down in the bar, I rectified this quite quickly. The food was great, room was great but not worth $500 a night though. You need sublime service, and the rooms need to extremely luxurious for it to warrant the $500 a night plus.

I am indeed apologetic over the delay to access your villa and without understand what caused this I can only apologise but trust that I will look into. I further apologise for the electronic key card failing. Sometimes they may be affected from being in a close proximity to a mobile phone but I will see if the team is seeing any increase in failure rate so we can resolve. The salutation is made from the initial booking as our onsite reservation team receive it from the 3rd party, in this case Wotif.com and we do not pre-emptively change. Other Side of the Moon Restaurant does not have a dedicated bar area and is one entire venue so unsure of the sentiment over the bar area. I do certainly agree with you on the need to meet guest expectations; please trust that we will continue to learn and strive to perform at our best. Regards, Leighton - General Manager.

Well run and maintained resort especially during these trying times. They are well organised to handle the large number of guests. Staff helpful and friendly. Resort very clean. Magnificent location.
