At the heart of the home is a light-filled living area designed for gathering. Comfortable lounge seating is arranged around the woodfire heater, creating an inviting place for cosy winter evenings, while floor-to-ceiling windows frame the surrounding greenery and fill the room with natural light.
The fully equipped kitchen includes generous bench space, modern appliances and a coffee machine, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a leisurely dinner. Nearby, the dining area provides a beautiful setting for group meals, board games and long conversations beneath the home's striking pitched ceiling.
Designed to embrace its natural surroundings, the property offers multiple outdoor areas for dining, entertaining and unwinding. A spacious covered alfresco area provides a welcoming setting for outdoor meals, while the adjoining patio features a wood-fired pizza oven and sun loungers for leisurely afternoons beneath the trees. A separate garden patio offers a peaceful spot for morning coffee or sunset drinks, and the expansive backyard enhances the sense of privacy and connection to nature.
Accommodation is thoughtfully arranged across two levels, making the home well-suited to families and groups. Downstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, an open ensuite with a spa bath, shower and separate toilet. Two additional bedrooms on this level each include a queen bed and enjoy leafy garden outlooks. Upstairs, the mezzanine level offers a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and a fifth bedroom with two single beds. A central bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet serves the additional bedrooms.
A dedicated laundry adds convenience for longer stays, while secure garage parking makes it easy to explore the region.
Guest Access:

Airport: Busselton Margaret River Airport is approximately 40 minutes away.

Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeiture of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
School Leavers:
We do not accept any school leavers' bookings at any time of the year.
Firewood:
A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.
Pet Policy:
This property is pet-friendly. A $95 pet fee applies per pet, per stay, with a maximum of two pets permitted. All pets must be approved before arrival. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms and must not be left unattended at any time. Guests must ensure pets are supervised throughout their stay, and noise restrictions still apply. All pet waste must be cleaned up, and any excess mess, waste, or animal hair left behind may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Rental Agreement:
As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement before arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
