Front desk unattended at check in time, phone numbers went to answering service. Had to wander around to find someone. Battery in room fire alarm low, so alarm was beeping from 1am onwards. But room was fine, location good.

Location is great. The room was spotless, facilities good but kitchenette was in a converted wardrobe and husband hit his head on the shelf a few times. Air con was good. Bathroom spacious and clean. The only downside was the noise of the room to the rear’s bathroom. Sounded like someone was taking a shower in our room. Was particularly noisy when they took 3 lengthy showers late at night when I was trying to sleep. Only 1 key for the room, doors locked automatically so constant worry of having the key on us at all times. Overall good value for money, very reasonable rates considering peak times.

Was an enjoyable stay. The housekeeping staff were outstanding. I accidentally left my son's ipad outside and they saw it and knocked on the door to make sure that I got it back before someone else swiped it. The bathroom was amazing. Newly renovated, clean and huge. I really appreciated the sink in the kitchenette area also so that I didn't have to use the sink in the bathroom to wash dishes. Only downside was the TV only being stuck on one regional channel with no ability to use Netflix or anything else. That was very frustrating for my kids. Beds were very comfy and location convenient to town and to the beach.
