Nice standard of new accommodation that also doubles up as student accommodation. Friendly helpful staff at reception and the hotel is very near the Empalme station. There is a restaurant that does a buffet style breakfast and evening meals. There are some restaurants and bars around 10 minutes away, although I dare say most will opt for the short journey into town. Overall a good place to stay in Valencia.

I didn't like that I had gotten a room that was shared with another room. I read the description from the website and never got the impression that it was a shared bathroom and shower and kitchen. For me, it was okay because no one showed up in the other room, but it kept me on edge because I never knew if I was going to have someone showing up. Other than that it was quiet, felt safe, breakfast was great, and it was really close to the metro station and bus stops.

This is not necessarily bad, but it might be important to some. Since the property is devoted mostly to be a student residence, there is no bar and food is only served at certain times. While there are some food options within reasonable walking distance, they are not really close. All in all, it will depend on your reason to be in Valencia.

The only reason I chose this hotel was because it is close to Valencia conference centre and When I made the booking other surrounding hotels were fully booked. The hotel room stinks, Wi-Fi didn’t work, the television didn’t work, the cups were dirty, etc. very bad experience, will never return.

Es un hotel residencia de estudiantes con unas instalaciones muy confortables con piscina y gimnasio completo y con muy buena gestión. Una buena opción a un precio razonable. A pesar de ser residencia es muy silencioso.

It is not laxurious hotel, but the building/facility of the hotel looks new and clean. The room is not spacious but there is microwave and fridge in the room. Train station is just 3 minutes walk from the hotel, offering easy access to city centre. There is also a super market near the hotel, about 10 minutes walk. It is reasonable and ideal hotel for long stay. There is a swimming pool on the roof and a gym on the basement as well. (^O^)／

Very good, modern hotel - highly recommended

Very good hotel similar to a student dorm. The breakfast hall is occupied on the morning, but with respect to the price the breakfast and hotel room is very good. Public transportation is nearby. The check-in was very easy and even an hour early possible. Highly recommended.
